If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please contact us directly so we can resolve any issues.
To return an item, please contact us by logging into your Dainty NYC account. If approved we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After, receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:
Before returning any item, please be sure to contact us first.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A CREDIT/EXCHANGE IF:
- Item is returned without tags attached
- Item has been worn/used
- Item has scents/smells
- Item has been damaged
- Item is returned incomplete (missing pieces, without receipt, etc.)
- Item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error does not qualify for a return.
- Item was purchased from a different sales forum outside of our website.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please message us through your Dainty NYC account.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange/credit after inspecting the item.
If the item is out of stock and no longer available for an exchange, we will then approve a store credit.
